Dispatch Process

•  - All items are carefully inspected before dispatched
•  - Orders received before 1:00 pm will be dispatched the same day; 
•  - Orders received after 1:00 pm will be dispatched in the next working day. Occasionally, some orders could be also dispatched on the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed;
•  - Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

Free UK Returns:

•  - Secret Outlet has 14 days standard returns policy for UK Orders at our cost (Hermes Tracked)
•  - If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return to us for a refund.
• - Strictly return products within 14 days of receipt 
• - All items must be returned to us in the same condition as you received them (Brand New, Unworn condition)
• - Refund will be credited to your original method of payment
• - Unfortunately, due do the increased cost of shipping, we do not offer exchanges at the moment.

International Returns/ Exchange:

• - Secret Outlet has 30-day returns policy for International Orders at the buyer's cost
• - Please return products within 30 days of receipt
• - Unfortunately, due to the increased cost of international shipping, we do not offer international exchanges at the moment
• - All items must be returned to us in the same condition as you received them (Brand New, Unworn condition)
• - Refund will be credited to your original method of payment

How to request a return:

• - Log in to "My Account" to send us a return request, if you have registered an account with us
• - Or simply complete a Contact Us Form via our online system if you are not one of our members yet
• - Please indicate the reason for your return
• - Full details and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number will be sent to you by E-mail

UK return process (Free of Charges):

• - After return request approved, a pre-paid postage label will be sent to you by E-mail
• - Print off the postage label, and stick it on the parcel 
• - Drop off your parcel at one of the authorised ParcelShops (Find your nearest Parcel Shops HERE)

Items not eligible for refund :
